The man at the centre of a new hartlepool business venture has found his past has come back into the spotlight following claims he's a '”racist” who hurled vile disgusting abuse at a number of former political party members...

The new cocktail bar that mr Cook has involvement in located in the towns Church Street
The bar, which was the former home of the ladbrokes betting shop in the towns church street was recently converted, however, according to reports by the local newspaper, the grand opening was two years late following a number of break ins at the property.
Mr Cook, who's said to be involved in a number of Hartlepool businesses however was previously under investigation by the Labour Party back in 2019, when a number of allegations were raised, primarily in regards to alleged racism & homophobic language directed to a number of now former Labour party members.
Its alleged that Labour North poised with investigating Mr Cook sat on the allegations made by numerous individuals for at least 18 months before a report commissioned & published by the BBC exposed the person involved in the allegations as Mr Cook himself..
Mr Cook denied all of the allegations made against him, but evidence of his tirades on social media & documents relating to other complaints left the former Labour Party worker with nowhere to turn...
Following a further complaint issued against the now former Labour Party worker its claimed Labour North then asked Mr Cook to resign his membership of the party in order to avoid a lengthy & embarrassing investigation that was set to reveal damming evidence into the former Labour party workers tirade of abuse towards other Labour Party members....

He faced indefinite expulsion from the party before being allowed to quietly resign both from his post & his membership of the Labour party, however Hartlepool Matters understands that a number of Labour party supporters & even its current secretary Anth Frain went out to go as far as to congratulate the Hartlepool Businessman who's not only managed to rack up a rather questionable career record over his attitudes towards others, but only last year also racked up a criminal conviction for driving a motor vehicle without insurance, something which seen the Hartlepool Businessman of Hutton Avenue Hartlepool receiving a fine & points on his licence....
Even Labours Prospective MP for Hartlepool forgot about the former party workers past..
Anth Frain, Hartlepool Labour Groups Secretary was also said to have been named in a report which was put before Labour North back in 2019.....
Ian Cawley, formally a candidate who's stood in a number of local elections although heavily affiliated with the Labour group despite previously standing in Hartlepool as "independent"
Labour North has tried desperately to distance itself from Mr Cook particularly when a previous investigation commissioned by the former social media group Hartlepool Borough Council Exposed found what it claimed to be "toxic" & "systemic discrimination" & homophobia by Mr Cook against a number of its vulnerable members.
In a statement issued in response to that particular investigation submitted to Labour bosses, a spokesman for Labour North said that Mr cook was "now no longer a member of the Labour Party" & that whilst all complaints against mr Cook were “shelved”, they could be reopened if he subsequently applied to return to the political party.
