A Charity at the centre of what they claim to be the victim of “far right thugs” is in fact under investigaton by the Charities Comission over serious concerns relating to its governance….
Serious management failings were reported at the left wing extremist organsation that currently recieves around £1.6 Million Pounds every year in donations
The inquiry was said to have been officially opened in August of 2021, following a number of concerns relating to the management of the left wing extremist charity that’s currently been at the centre of significant controversy when members of its organisation were supposedly holed up in a Migrant Hotel in Liverpool where tensions between in the local community spilled into full scale rioting which led to the worst night of civil disorder in the city since 2011.
Clashes between the local community & police sparked a night of violance with at least one police vehicle destroyed
Violant clashes erupted between police & locals following claims on social media that an illegal invader residing at the hotel had made inappropriate advances towards a young girl, sparking significant clashes between protestors & the police which eventually led to a number of arrests.
However, the charity at the centre of the scandal branded the activists “far fight thugs” following claims a number of charity workers & illegal invaders no longer felt “safe” residing at the hotel which is currently paid for by the UK Home Office & subsequently the Taxpayer.
Ironically now the spotlight appears to be shining on the charity who’s supposedly offering “support” to the illegal channel invaders who are continuing to pile into the UK’s borders every single day, with the Charities Commission said to be actively investigating the charity Care4Calais over a number of concerns mostly relating to its governance & the management of its finances.
The charities comission is still monitoring the so called "charity" over its management failings nearly two years after an official investigation was opened...
Despite managing to file its annual returns to the Charities Commission on time, its claimed a number of “irregularities” led to the commission undertaking an investigation of the extremist charity following concerns that the charity’s existing governance arrangements may not be appropriate for a charity of its size, leading to potential further problems, including around implementing adequate financial controls and enacting safeguarding policies
Its claimed the Charities Commission first engaged with the extremist charity back in 2020, after identifying concerns arising from the charity’s accounts. The initial investigation led to wider concerns about the charity’s governance, including a lack of clarity around who was validly appointed as a trustee and around how decisions are made.
Despite the Charities Commission having to appoint solicitors to undertake investigations of the charities day to day movements & activities, to this day the commission still has the extremist orgainsation under the watch of investigators following claims the commission still isn’t happy about ways onto which the charity is being managed.
Invaders, mostly young adult men is piling pressure on the government to act & is exposing just how "weak" the UK's border is to invasion.
Nationally, the governments coming under pressure to clamp down on illegal invaders coming across to the UK through the English Channel, with claims tensions in some communities is reaching “boiling point” with towns such as Hartlepool reportedly seeing a considerable increase in migrants being housed through schemes set up by so called “charities” placing significant burdens on already overstrained services & housing stock.
Appeals would be banned under new laws to stop migrant invasion crossings as soon as their feet hit the sand with illegals sent straight back to the place they left.
The government claim they're intending to bring in legislation to stop the migrant invaders in their tracks through laws which will lead to any invader landing on the UK shores illegally sent packing almost immediately upon their feet hitting the sand, with concerns that should the government fail to tackle the migrant invader crisis quickly, civil disturbances in Liverpool like the one that occurred last week will merely be “a drop in the ocean”, as many locals patience of the situation & the government’s inability to act is reaching breaking point
