Hartlepool United FC may be left having to sack its coach this weekend after a dismal performance sees the club plunged even further into the realms of the relegation zone, leading to what could be potentially another spell out of the mainstream football league by the end of the season.

Pools now sit just one point behind Crawley Town FC & six points ahead of Rochdale who sit at the bottom of the league two table with 21 points with pools chalking up a rather 'worrying' number of defeats.

Pools sits dangerously close to the relegation zone after their 1-0 defeat to Newport County yesterday with fans calling for manager keith Curle to be sacked.

It comes after the club seen yet another 1-0 Defeat yesterday to Newport County seeing Pools ebbing ever closet into the relegation zone with little prospect of recovery after a series of losses has reportedlt left the team looking disenchanted & demoralised at the prospect of what could be an impending demotion to the National League.

Pools will host 13th place Wallsall this weekend with much focus now on its manager & players to deliver a significant result

Hartlepool United are expected to host Walsall this Saturday at 3pm in what many claim will be the make or break game for Pools coach Keith Curle, where according to numerous social media posts Mr Curle is facing increasing calls to be sacked as manager from the club or face the wrath of increasingly frustrated pools fans at this weekends fixture that's likley to spell out just whether Hartlepool United can cling onto retaining its place within League Two, or see out yet another season in the lower National League.

Pools previous spell in the National League led to the club teetering on the brink of bankrupcy...

Hartlepool United FC almost went into bankruptcy when it slid into the Non League some five years ago, with many fans fearing the same will happen again if pools is plunged into relegation

In 2017, Hartlepool United seen a spell of losses that seen the club plunged into the non league after 96 years of managing to maintain a rather “modest” spell of wins keeping them in the mainstream football league.

The plunge into the Non League consequentially led to a significant spell of financial difficultuies for the club which led to Hartlepool United approaching Hartlepool Borough Council for a financial bailout after the club teetered dangerously close to folding when it was left shouldering significant financial debts & even the seizure of its football strips after it was claimed cleaning bills due by the club hadnt been paid.

It led to a dramatic rescue bid by businessman Raj Singh who to this day still remians the head of the club, however a series of sackings & the failure to retain good quality coaches has left Hartlepool United bouncing up & down the table of League Two, with the club now seeing once again its fortunes taking a turn for the worst as it sits dangerously close to falling out of the football league altogether where many claim the potential plunge back into the lower 'non league' could potentially lead to Hartlepool United seeing all its achieved all thrown away & the threat of impending financial catastrophie rearing its ugly head once more. ...
